10.30am – Prompt arrival please so as not to disrupt the group. Please respect this boundary and arrive promptly. Do not arrive early as I will be setting up 🙏🏼
10.30am – Meet and greet.
Butterfly Pea Tea to share together.
11am – Organic foot soak with Organic essential oils.
11.30am – Full body guided Relaxation to bring us into the space.
12 Noon – Sharing Circle to off-load and bring us together.
1pm – Organic aLuncheon & Mindful food prep to bring us into our bodies.
2pm – Crystal Bowl Sound Healing to bring us into rebalance and rejuvenation.
3pm – Sharing Circle to off load and unburden our souls.
3.30pm – Mindful Cacao and sharing Gratitude.
4pm – close and goodbyes.
You will be drinking H E R B A L teas and filtered water throughout the day.
Luncheon is all Organic and mindfully prepared with L O V E and Grace.

The house is over 350 years old and is Grade 2 listing. It has a colourful H I S T O R Y and was once the home to a Jeweller back in 1705, was a merchants house and pub but was almost definitely a ‘brothel’ at some point as Raven Lane was once the ‘Red Light district’ of Ludlow.
There were many W O M E N who passed through its doors just trying to feed their families and use their talents to earn a crust. Nothing much has changed and I am proud to be among their spirits and I honour their efforts…
